Job summary

National Security Agency seeks multilingual Language Analysts (MDLAs) to support SIGINT missions, with opportunities in the Language Analysis Development Program (LADP) or direct hire, including rotations across offices and intensive training.

Applicants must have ILR level 2/2 proficiency in reading/listening and at least one year of relevant experience in translation, transcription, or analysis. U.S. citizenship and security screening apply.

Qualifications

• ILR level 2/2 in reading and listening in the target language for which the applicant is considered.
• At least one year of relevant experience in language work or related fields.
• For Full Performance and Senior levels, potential leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Offer policymakers and military leaders a window into the foreign language world by analyzing, transcribing, and translating key information.
• Research and understand cultures and geopolitical contexts.
• Apply new techniques to address analytic problems and synthesize large data volumes.
• Demonstrate understanding of communications and technology trends.
• Craft written and oral assessments providing unique insights for mission.
• Work independently and collaborate with analysts across NSA and IC.
