Job summary

National Security Agency is seeking Multidisciplined Language Analysts (MDLAs) to support SIGINT missions. Roles may be in the Language Analysis Development Program (LADP) or direct-hire into analytic offices.

Candidates must demonstrate ILR level 2/2 proficiency in reading and listening for the target language and have relevant experience. Positions span multiple locations with a structured development path, including on-the-job tours and training.

Qualifications

• Requires ILR level 2/2 in reading and listening in target language.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in translation, transcription, analysis, or related fields.
• For Full Performance and Senior levels, may include formal or informal leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, transcribe, and translate foreign language materials.
• Engage with partners and customers across the Intelligence Community.
• Participate in Language Analysis Development Program (LADP) or direct hire into analytic roles.
• Contribute to SIGINT mission through written and oral assessments.
• Mentor and lead other Language Analysts as needed.
