Job summary

NSA is seeking Linguists (MDLAs) to support SIGINT missions with language analysis, transcription, and translation tasks. The role includes participating in the Language Analysis Development Program or direct placement depending on skill level and program needs.

Applicants should have ILR 2/2 proficiency and at least one year of related experience; LADP offers up to three years of advanced training plus multiple tours across offices.

Qualifications

• ILR level 2/2 in reading and listening for the target language.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work in language or related fields.
• Entry/Developmental to Senior levels with specified experience bands.

Responsibilities

• Analyze foreign language materials for SIGINT missions.
• Transcribe, translate, and prepare assessments for decision makers.
• Engage with partners and customers across the Intelligence Community.
• Lead or participate in operational tours and on-the-job training.
