Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in court administration, public administration, political science, business administration or closely allied field.
• Three (3) years of experience in court administration and/or program development.
• Combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service delivery to courts and support other teams on language access matters.
• Conduct a comprehensive review of Language Access Plans submitted by courts to the AOC.
• Provide technical assistance on LAPs and interpreter services.
• Develop guidance materials, templates, FAQs, and training resources.
• Deliver training for judges and court staff on LAP templates and LAP development.
• Build and maintain relationships with courts, interpreters, advocates, and partners.
• Track issues and escalate systemic barriers; report to relevant commissions.
