Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required with proven written and verbal communication.
• Experience translating or training in translation preferred.
• Ability to develop language access policies and plans.

• Experience in public outreach and policy communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic communication plans for LEP communities.
• Advise agency leadership on language access policy requirements.
• Coordinate translation of vital documents and review publications.
• Monitor vendor performance and manage translation services.
• Lead outreach campaigns to diverse communities.
