Job summary

Universal Language Service, Inc. is seeking a Contract Manager, Language Access Services to own the public-sector contract portfolio and serve as the primary contact for agency contract and program managers.

This on-site role supports service delivery, compliance posture, and contract health in Washington State. The role demands leadership of compliance initiatives, performance management, and audits, with on-call responsibilities and periodic travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage government or regulated service contracts and report on compliance.
• Strong written communication, data fluency, and ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own contract-related deliverables, performance metrics, and agency communications.
• Maintain obligation registers across contracts with owners and records.
• Read and translate SOW language into concrete processes, systems, and staffing.
• Lead contract compliance meetings and document action items and KPI trends.
