Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Lane Server for our Midland, TX center. You’ll greet guests, take and deliver food and beverage orders, and help provide the fun, high-energy bowling experience our guests expect.

This part-time role requires at least 18 years of age, excellent guest service, and the ability to learn our menu and promotions. You’ll work evening and night shifts, with perks like free bowling and discounts on food and events, in a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Take, deliver, and close out food and beverage orders.
• Learn our menu, promotions, and specials and relay them to guests.
• Check back with guests routinely.
• Assist guests with questions, requests, and issue resolution.
• Help keep the center clean.
• Set up, stock, and organize your assigned work area.
• Recommend/upsell the center experience.
