Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Webster, TX seeks a part-time Lane Server to deliver friendly, responsive service in a high-energy entertainment center. You will take, deliver, and close out food and beverage orders, learn menus, upsell center experiences, and help guests with questions and requests.

The role emphasizes teamwork, guest satisfaction, and staying attentive during busy shifts in the evenings and weekends. Prior guest service preferred; age 18+ required by state law to serve alcohol.

Qualifications

• Two years of related experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to delivering great guest service.

Responsibilities

• Take, deliver, and close out food and beverage orders.
• Learn menu, promotions, and specials and relay to guests.
• Check back with guests routinely.
• Assist guests with questions, requests, and issue resolution.
• Help keep the center clean and organized.
• Recommend and upsell the center experience.
