Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Lane Server to join our on-site team. You will interact with guests, take orders, deliver and close out food and beverage items while promoting our signature menu and experiences.

The role emphasizes outstanding guest service, team collaboration, and a positive attitude, with evenings and weekends as part of a part-time schedule. 18+ ages required by state law for alcohol service.

Qualifications

• 2 Years of related experience required.
• HS Diploma (Optional).
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to great guest service.
• Must meet the minimum age to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Take, deliver, and close out food and beverage orders.
• Learn our menu, promotions, and specials and relay them to our guests.
• Check back with guests routinely.
• Assist guests with questions, requests, and issue resolution.
• Help keep the center clean.
• Set up, stock, and organize your assigned work area.
• Recommend/upsell the center experience.
