Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in the United States is hiring a Lane Server. You will interact with guests, take and deliver orders, learn the menu, and upsell the center experience.

This is a part-time role requiring exceptional guest service and the ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced entertainment environment. Evening and night shifts, weekend availability, and the minimum age of 18 to serve alcohol apply.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to great guest service.
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol.
• HS Diploma is optional.

Responsibilities

• Take, deliver, and close out food and beverage orders.
• Learn our menu, promotions, and specials and relay them to our guests.
• Check back with guests routinely.
• Assist guests with all questions, requests, and issue resolution.
• Help keep the center clean.
• Set up, stock, and organize your assigned work area.
• Recommend/upsell the center experience.
