Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a personable Lane Server to join our entertainment centers. You’ll interact with guests, take and deliver orders, learn menus and promos, and help create a memorable experience.

This part-time position offers evenings and weekends with perks like free bowling, arcade play, and staff discounts on food and events. Ideal candidates have 2 years related experience and a passion for guest service.

Qualifications

• 2 Years of related experience.
• HS Diploma (Optional).
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to great guest service.
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Take, deliver, and close out food and beverage orders
• Learn our menu, promotions, and specials and relay them to our guests
• Check back with guests routinely
• Assist guests with all questions, requests, and issue resolution
• Help keep the center clean
• Set up, stock, and organize your assigned work area
• Recommend/upsell the center experience
