Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Chesapeake, VA is hiring a Lane Server for part-time evening and night shifts. You will interact with guests, take and deliver orders, explain menu items and promotions, and upsell the center experience while keeping the venue clean and welcoming.

The role requires 2 years of related experience, a HS diploma (optional), strong guest-service mindset, and the ability to meet state alcohol-service age requirements.

Qualifications

• 2 Years of related experience.
• HS Diploma (Optional).
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to great guest service.
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Take, deliver, and close out food and beverage orders.
• Learn our menu, promotions, and specials and relay them to our guests.
• Check back with guests routinely.
• Assist guests with all questions, requests, and issue resolution.
• Help keep the center clean.
• Set up, stock, and organize your assigned work area.
• Recommend/upsell the center experience.
