Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Virginia Beach is seeking a Lane Server to interact with guests, serve our signature menu, and deliver exceptional service. You’ll work in a lively entertainment center, handle food and beverage orders, learn promotions, and upsell experiences to enhance guest satisfaction.

Requirements include 2 years of experience, optional HS Diploma, strong guest-service mindset, and the ability to work evenings or nights; age 18+ is required by state law for alcohol service.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience.
• HS Diploma (Optional).
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to great guest service.
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Take, deliver, and close out food and beverage orders.
• Learn our menu, promotions, and specials and relay them to our guests.
• Check back with guests routinely.
• Assist guests with questions, requests and issue resolution.
• Help keep the center clean.
• Set up, stock, and organize your assigned work area.
• Recommend upsell of the center experience.
