Job summary

Margaritaville Lake Resort Osage Beach MO is seeking a Bar Back to support the Landshark Bar & Grill in a fast-paced, lakeside setting. This seasonal role involves stocking supplies, assisting bartenders, and keeping the bar area orderly and clean.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to handle peak hours, lifts up to 40 pounds, and long periods on your feet. Pay is $15.00 per hour with opportunities to contribute to guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Stock the bar with ice, liquor, beer, wine, juices, mixes, glassware, utensils, cocktail napkins, garnishes and other supplies.
• Assist bartenders in restocking and maintaining par levels.
• Ensure taps and appliances are functioning properly.
• Clean and organize the bar area, wipe surfaces, sweep and take out trash.
• Provide friendly, courteous service and assist during peak hours with drink prep and payment processing.

As a Landshark Bar Back, you will be working in a fast paced environment, stocking the bar and keeping the area clean and organized.

Responsibilities include:

• Stocking bar with ice, liquor, beer, wine, juices, mixes glassware, utensils, cocktail napkins, garnishes, etc.
• Assist bartender in re-stocking and maintaining par levels of those items.
• Check taps and appliances to confirm they are working properly.
• General cleaning, wiping down surfaces, sweeping, mopping and emptying trash receptacles.
• Provide friendly, courteous service to guests and other staff members
• May be required to mix or pour drinks as needed, depending on individual ability.
• Must be able to take orders, prepare drinks, buss tables, open tabs, and process payments especially during peak hours.
• Other duties may be assigned.

• Minimum lifting/pulling of 40 pounds.
• Being on feet for an entire shift, possibly 8 hours or more.
