Job summary

Margaritaville Lake Resort Lake of the Ozarks in Osage Beach, MO is seeking an energetic Landshark Bar Back to support the bar team in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

You will stock the bar with ice, liquor, beer, wine, juices and garnishes, assist bartenders, maintain par levels, check taps, and keep the area clean and organized, while providing friendly service; must be 18+ and report to the Landshark Restaurant Manager.

Qualifications

• Must have a comprehensive knowledge of the English language to effectively communicate with guests, associates, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Stocking bar with ice, liquor, beer, wine, juices, mixes, glassware, utensils, cocktail napkins, garnishes, etc.
• Assist bartender in re-stocking and maintaining par levels of those items.
• Check taps and appliances to confirm they are working properly.
• General cleaning, wiping down surfaces, sweeping, mopping and emptying trash receptacles.
• Provide friendly, courteous service to guests and other staff members
• May be required to mix or pour drinks as needed, depending on individual ability.
• Must be able to take orders, prepare drinks, buss tables, open tabs, and process payments especially during peak hours.
• Other duties may be assigned.

With good pay, extensive benefits and a family atmosphere, we are looking for an energetic individual to support the bar staff at our busy lakeside Landshark Bar & Grill.

Job Type: Seasonal

Pay $15.00 per hour

Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age

Reports to: Landshark Restaurant Manager

• Minimum lifting/pulling of 40 pounds.
• Being on feet for an entire shift, possibly 8 hours or more.
