Pay Range: $28–$45/hour

A growing landscaping and outdoor services company is seeking an experienced Landscaping Project Manager to oversee commercial landscape installation and construction projects from pre-construction through final completion.

This role is responsible for managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, field crews, and client communication while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards.

Qualifications

Required Experience

• 5+ years of experience in commercial landscaping, construction, or related project management
• Experience managing multiple landscape installation projects simultaneously
• Strong understanding of: Landscape installation
• Hardscape construction
• Irrigation systems
• Grading and drainage
• Landscape lighting

• Strong scheduling, budgeting, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Landscape Management, Horticulture, or related field
• Experience with project management software such as Aspire, LMN, or Procore
• OSHA safety knowledge and field safety leadership experience
