The role emphasizes project scheduling, technical leadership, and data‑driven decisions using LMN, coordinating crews and subcontractors to ensure timely, quality outcomes and a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of landscape or construction project management experience.
• Experience leading a production division or similar operational team.
• Strong understanding of high-end residential landscape design/build processes.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Proven experience managing multiple crews and subcontractors.
• Leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Landscape Production Division, including project scheduling, execution, and completion of all construction and design/build projects.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance on complex landscape construction projects.
• Utilize systems such as LMN to track job costing, production efficiency, and data-driven decision making.
• Manage and coordinate internal crews and subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship and project timelines.
• Oversee subcontractor services for maintenance clients including irrigation, lawn care, and plant care.
• Conduct quality assurance inspections to ensure projects meet company standards and client expectations.
• Foster a positive team culture focused on accountability, performance, and continuous improvement.

Requirements for the Landscape Project Manager:

• 5+ years of landscape or construction project management experience within a company generating $3M+ in annual revenue.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing a production division or similar operational team.
• Strong understanding of high-end residential landscape design/build processes or similar construction environments.
• Basic knowledge of plant material and procurement terminology.
• Proven experience managing multiple crews and subcontractor teams simultaneously.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to pass a background check.
