Job summary

Naylor Landscape Management in Kalamazoo, MI, seeks a Landscaping Installation Foreman to lead high‑end residential projects including patios, fire features, outdoor kitchens, lighting and water features.

Starting pay is $55,000 to $75,000 annually with a $3,000 sign‑on bonus; overtime, snow pay, commissions and profit sharing can push earnings above $90,000. Benefits include health, dental, life insurance and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• 1+ year leading a landscape installation crew.
• 3+ years of landscape construction/install experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and site plans.
• Experience operating landscape construction equipment and truck/trailer combinations.
• CDL-A preferred (or ability to obtain within 60–90 days).
• Spanish/English bilingual skills are a plus.
