Job summary

Naylor Landscape Management is seeking a Landscaping Installation Foreman to lead a small installation crew in delivering high-end residential hardscape projects in Southwest Michigan. This foreman-level role reports directly to project managers and coordinates materials, safety, and quality on site.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of landscape construction/install experience, 1+ year leading a crew, and the ability to read blueprints and site plans.

Qualifications

• 1+ year leading a landscape installation crew.
• 3+ years of landscape construction/install experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and site plans.
• CDL-A preferred (or ability to obtain within 60–90 days).
• Spanish/English bilingual skills are a plus.

People Solutions Center is seeking a Landscaping Installation Foreman for our client, Naylor Landscape Management. This is a Foreman-level leadership role offering a starting pay of $26-$34 an hour plus a $3,000 Sign-On Bonus + Profit Sharing.

Our Landscaping Installation Foreman will help deliver high-end residential projects including patios, fire features, outdoor kitchens, lighting, water features, and more.
