Job summary

EQUIP Enterprises is seeking a Grounds Laborer to support landscaping and grounds maintenance duties. You will operate basic lawn equipment, plant and maintain beds, and assist with janitorial tasks as needed.

This role requires steady physical work and adherence to safety standards on site. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of relevant experience, basic English communication skills, and the ability to lift 25–50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with HS diploma or GED.
• One year of landscaping or grounds work preferred.
• Read, write, and communicate in English for safety and instructions.
• Ability to operate common landscaping equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Cut and mow lawns with hand, power, or riding mower.
• Trim edges around walks and flower beds; plant and landscape as needed.
• Apply fertilizer/pesticides and maintain clean work areas.
• Perform minor repairs on equipment and assist custodial tasks if required.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear protective gear during duties.
