Qualifications

• Experience operating landscaping equipment and power tools.
• Basic knowledge of lawn care, irrigation, fertilizers, and pesticides.

Responsibilities

• Mow, edge, trim, and maintain lawns, shrubs, trees, and landscaped areas.
• Plant, water, fertilize, and care for flowers and vegetation.
• Remove weeds, leaves, debris from the property.
• Keep sidewalks, parking lots, and outdoor areas clean and presentable.
• Maintain landscaping equipment and perform minor repairs.
• Operate lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other tools safely.
• Assist with irrigation system maintenance and minor exterior repairs.
• Apply fertilizers and chemicals per safety guidelines.
• Inspect grounds and report issues to management.
• Support maintenance team to keep property safe and maintained.
