Elite Construction Company is seeking a Ground Laborer - Small Equipment Operator to support construction projects on-site. Responsibilities include cleaning sites, handling small equipment, loading materials, and assisting with logistics. A safety-focused mindset and ability to work in various weather conditions are essential.

Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen. Prior construction or quarry experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean up sites by removing debris with shovels, brooms, and wheelbarrows.
• Lift and move heavy objects to assist in project setup.
• Operate and perform basic maintenance on small equipment per safety procedures.
• Load and unload materials from trucks; assist in logistics.
• Conduct routine yard housekeeping and maintain tools in good condition.
• Participate in safety meetings and follow company safety protocols.
• Work overtime, nights, or weekends as needed by project demands.
