Qualifications

• Install and repair of sprinkler systems.
• Load and unload materials and equipment as needed.

Arete Landscapes is seeking motivated and hardworking Landscaping Crew Members to join our team. We are looking for someone who wants to learn and grow with the company. In this role, you will assist in creating and maintaining outdoor landscapes for residential and commercial clients. You will work closely with other team members to deliver projects on time, ensuring that our clients' visions are brought to life.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planting trees, shrubs, and flowers as per design specifications
• Install and repair of sprinkler systems
• Install new landscapes from start to finish
• Follow instructions from the Crew Leader and report any issues or concerns promptly
• Load and unload materials and equipment as needed

Qualifications

Previous experience in landscaping or a related field is preferred, but not required.

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions

Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn

Good communication and teamwork skills

Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently

Valid driver’s license

Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
