Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Crew Member located in Jacksonville, FL. The Field Crew Member will be responsible for operating dredging equipment, maintaining machinery, assisting with setup and breakdown of work sites, and ensuring project safety and efficiency. The candidate will also assist in the implementation of erosion control measures and work with the team to manage project timelines and deliverables.

Qualifications

• Experience operating dredging equipment and other machinery
• Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices in field operations
• Ability to perform physical labor and work in various weather conditions
• Mechanical aptitude for maintenance and minor repairs
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Previous experience in marine or construction projects is a plus
