Qualifications

• Commercial landscaping experience preferred.
• Ability to safely operate landscaping tools and equipment.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to perform physical labor, including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, lifting, and carrying.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well as part of a team and follow directions.
• Reliable transportation to and from the designated reporting location.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform general landscaping and grounds maintenance duties, including mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, weeding, planting, and cleanup
• Operate landscaping tools and equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, power tools, and other related equipment
• Assist with loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of job sites, tools, and equipment
• Follow instructions from crew leaders, supervisors, and management
• Follow all safety procedures and workplace guidelines
• Assist with routine cleaning and basic maintenance of tools and equipment
• Communicate professionally and respectfully with team members, supervisors, and customers
• Complete assigned tasks efficiently while maintaining quality standards
• Participate in training as needed

Driver’s License

A valid driver’s license is preferred but not required.

Candidates with a valid driver’s license may be considered for driving duties. Candidates selected for driving responsibilities may be required to provide a copy of their license for approval and complete any required screening, which may include a drug test and DOT physical.
