Job summary

DTK inc is seeking a Landscaping Crew Member to join a dedicated crew on commercial projects in Houston. You will mow, trim, plant, and maintain landscapes, contributing to safe, vibrant properties.

Responsibilities include operating equipment, following safety rules, loading materials, and clocking in/out at job sites while communicating with the crew leader and account manager.

Qualifications

• English/Spanish bilingual strongly preferred.
• At least 1 year of landscaping experience (commercial or residential).
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is preferred.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Reliable and shows up to work on time.
• Follow health and safety guidelines.
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Good communication skills and willing to learn new skills.
• Able to handle multiple tasks and stay on schedule.

• Accurately clock in and out at each job site.
• Communicate clearly with team leads about job needs or problems.

Work Environment

• Work is performed outdoors in all weather conditions
• Regular use of landscaping tools and equipment
• Typical workdays are 8 to 10 hours
• Must be able to stand, walk, sit, bend, reach, climb, and balance as needed
• Must be able to use hands to operate tools and equipment
• Must be able to see clearly up close and at a distance (with or without corrective lenses)
• May need to lift or move items weighing 25–50 pounds
