Job Description

Position: Landscaping Crew Lead/Foreman

This role is designed for individuals demonstrating leadership qualities and approved by local management to guide a work crew. Responsibilities include:

• Knowledge of plants, trees, grasses, and aesthetic design for gardens and outdoor spaces.
• Leading a crew in pruning, removals, planting, and landscaping tasks.
• Safely operating equipment and providing excellent customer service.

Compensation and Benefits: Up to $27/hr depending on experience, plus paid PTO, benefits, and 401K.

Daily Activities

Oversee a landscaping crew to deliver high-quality tree and landscape care, including pruning, removals, and planting, while ensuring safety and customer satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements

• Physical ability to stand, kneel, walk, reach, and bend frequently.
• Comfort working on uneven terrain and in various weather conditions.
• Ability to operate hand tools, engine equipment, skid steers, and loaders.
• Capable of lifting at least 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Good manual dexterity and stamina.
• Flexible schedule, including occasional weekends.
• CDL certification is a plus.
