Job Description

Position: Landscaping Crew Lead/Foreman

The role involves providing leadership within a work crew, demonstrating knowledge of plants, trees, grasses, and aesthetic design of outdoor spaces. Responsibilities include overseeing pruning, planting, removal, and landscape design tasks.

This position offers up to $27.00/hr depending on experience, plus paid PTO, benefits, and 401K.

What a Typical Day Looks Like

Leading a landscaping crew to deliver high-quality tree care and landscaping services, including pruning, planting, and equipment operation, while ensuring excellent customer service and safety.

Candidate Requirements

• Frequent standing, kneeling, walking, reaching, and bending.
• Ability to work on uneven terrain and in various weather conditions.
• Use of personal protective equipment in loud or dusty environments.
• Proficiency with hand tools, engine equipment, skid steers, and loaders.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Good manual dexterity and stamina.
• Work near heavy machinery and vehicles.
• Flexible hours, including some weekends.
• CDL license is a plus.
