Culley’s Services and Lawncare, LLC is seeking a Landscaping Crew Foreman to lead a two-person crew and actively participate in hands-on outdoor work. You’ll oversee day-to-day landscaping tasks and ensure projects meet quality standards for our clients.

This role offers opportunities for advancement, with winter snow removal in-season and a focus on safety and teamwork across diverse outdoor tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of general landscaping experience.
• At least 1 year of crew leadership preferred.
• Hands-on knowledge of landscaping techniques and equipment.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

At Culley’s Services and Lawncare, LLC, we’re looking for a Landscaping Crew Foreman to bring their expertise, energy, and leadership skills to our growing team. You’ll supervise a crew of two landscapers while diving into hands-on work that enhances and maintains outdoor spaces for our clients. From general landscaping and site prep to light excavation and yard creation, every day is an opportunity to create something incredible. At times, you’ll collaborate with a Hardscaping Crew Member III to complete large-scale projects, ensuring seamless teamwork and project success.

During the winter season, we also offer opportunities for snow removal to those interested.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and inspire: Oversee and guide two landscaping crew members to achieve high-quality results on every project.
• Transform outdoor spaces: Handle tasks like mulching, pruning, edging, and planting to bring landscapes to life.
• Operate cutting-edge equipment: Use trimmers, skid loaders, mini excavators, edgers, mowers, and more to tackle a variety of jobs.
• Prepare for success: Manage site preparation and yard creation activities to ensure smooth project execution.
• Collaborate effectively: Work alongside Hardscaping Crew Member III to execute large-scale, multi-disciplinary projects.
• Get hands-on: Use power tools, hand tools, and your physical skills to make each project shine.
• Prioritize safety: Ensure that your team follows all safety protocols to maintain a secure and productive work environment.
• Support growth: Provide feedback and coaching to your team, helping them improve their skills and achieve their goals.
• Represent our brand: Communicate professionally with clients, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
• Keep it running: Perform routine maintenance checks on tools and equipment to keep everything in top shape.

What You Bring to the Table

• Landscaping expertise: A minimum of 3 years’ experience in general landscaping is required.
• Leadership skills: At least 1 year of experience managing a crew is preferred.
• Hands-on knowledge: You’re familiar with landscaping techniques, tools, and equipment operation and maintenance.
• Work ethic: You thrive in outdoor environments and are ready to tackle physical tasks in all weather conditions.
• Team spirit: You enjoy working collaboratively and helping others succeed.
• Organization and reliability: Strong time-management and organizational skills keep you on top of every task.
• Driver’s license: A valid license is required; a CDL is a bonus.
