Culley's Services and Lawncare, LLC is seeking a Landscaping Crew Member I to join our outdoor team. You will learn hands-on landscaping skills, assist in transforming outdoor spaces, and work under experienced crew leaders to deliver top-tier landscapes for clients.

No prior landscaping experience is required, but a strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn are essential. A valid driver’s license is required and there are opportunities for advancement and on-the-job training.

Reporting to the Landscaping Crew Member III, you'll gain experience, develop your skills, and enjoy a variety of tasks that keep every day exciting.

What You'll Do

Assist in landscaping tasks: Support the team with mulching, pruning, planting, edging, and other general landscaping activities.

Operate equipment: Learn to use trimmers, mowers, and other tools under the guidance of experienced crew leaders.

Site preparation: Help with yard creation, site preparation, and light excavation work.

Manual labor: Perform hands-on tasks to ensure the quality and success of every project.

Maintain tools and equipment: Assist in cleaning, storing, and performing basic maintenance on landscaping tools and machinery.

Follow safety protocols: Adhere to company safety standards to ensure a secure and productive work environment.

Collaborate with the team: Work closely with crew members and crew leaders to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
