Culley’s Services and Lawncare, LLC is seeking a Landscaping Crew Foreman to lead a two-person crew and actively participate in hands-on outdoor work. You’ll oversee day-to-day landscaping tasks and ensure projects meet quality standards for our clients.

This role offers opportunities for advancement, with winter snow removal in-season and a focus on safety and teamwork across diverse outdoor tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of general landscaping experience.
• At least 1 year of crew leadership preferred.
• Hands-on knowledge of landscaping techniques and equipment.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise two landscaping crew members to high-quality results.
• Transform outdoor spaces with mulching, pruning, edging, and planting.
• Operate equipment like trimmers, mowers, and mini excavators.
• Prepare sites and assist with yard creation for projects.
• Collaborate with Hardscaping Crew Member III on large projects.
• Maintain safety protocols and coach team members.
• Represent the brand and communicate professionally with clients.
• Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment.
