• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Position Summary

We are seeking motivated and dependable Landscaping Crew Associates to join our team. This position is responsible for maintaining and enhancing residential and commercial properties through landscaping, lawn care, and general grounds maintenance. Candidates should be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions and performing physically demanding tasks throughout the workday.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform lawn maintenance including mowing, trimming, edging, and weed control.
• Plant, mulch, prune, and maintain shrubs, flowers, trees, and other landscaping features.
• Operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, edgers, blowers, and hedge trimmers.
• Load, unload, and transport landscaping materials, tools, and equipment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, humidity, and rain.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, squat, and lift throughout the shift.
• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to perform repetitive physical labor for 8-10+ hours per day.
• Must be comfortable working on uneven terrain and around landscaping equipment.

Qualifications

• Previous landscaping, lawn care, construction, groundskeeping, farming, or other physically demanding work experience preferred.
• Experience operating landscaping equipment is a plus but not required.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Must be able to follow instructions and maintain safety standards.
