Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Landscaper to join our team! You will maintain grounds by performing a variety of tasks, including mowing, planting, mulch installation, raking, hardscapes, sod laying, landscape projects, snow plowing, and more with the goal of creating beautiful and well‑groomed outdoor spaces for our customers.

You are hard‑working, a team player, and dedicated to performing quality work in all that you do. Past experience of 2 years + as a landscaper and a positive attitude is a must! Must have valid driver license.

Responsibilities

• Use hand tools, such as shovels, rakes, pruning saws, saws, hedge or brush trimmers, or axes
• Operate vehicles or powered equipment, such as mowers, tractors, twin‑axle vehicles, snow plow, chain‑saws, gas clippers, sod cutters, or pruning saws, and more.
• Prune or trim trees, shrubs, or hedges, using shears, pruners, or chainsaws
• Gather and remove litter
• Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner

Qualifications

• Past experience as a landscaper/groundskeeper.
• Experience with the use of hand‑held and power tools
• Must be able to climb ladders and stairs, comfortably lift 40+ pounds repetitively, and work on your feet for long periods of time
• Willing to work in all weather elements
• Must be able to lead a crew of 2 or more.
• Must be able to take detailed notes and have strong communication skills
• Hydraulic license is a +
• Must have ability to have or attain a valid DOT
