Job summary

Air Comfort, Inc. in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Landscape Maintenance Crew Member to keep properties looking pristine. You will perform mowing, edging, trimming and other grounds tasks under supervision.

The role requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift 50 pounds, and willingness to work in all weather and occasional weekends. Training provided by a direct supervisor.

We offer PTO after 90 days, holiday pay, Simple IRA with up to 3% match, and health insurance benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience with mulching and pruning
• Willing to work days and occasionally some weekends
• Valid driver’s license
• Positive attitude
• CDL is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Receive training from a direct supervisor.
• Provide regular soil maintenance for lawn care, such as: weeding, trimming bushes, mulching, cleaning flower beds.
• Possesses the ability to work in any weather conditions consistently in a physically demanding environment.
• Ability to communicate with department managers or supervisors regarding any property damage.
• Use tools and equipment properly.
• A valid driver's license.
• Able to lift 50 pounds all day.
• A strong desire to learn and grow within the company.
• Other duties as assigned.

Compensation

$17-$20/hour
