PK Property Services in Saint Paul, MN is hiring a Full-Time Landscape Team Member (1st Shift). The role focuses on field-related tasks, installations, repairs, and inspections in a commercial property care setting. Salary is $25/hour with benefits including insurance and 401(k).

The position requires physical endurance, ability to lift heavy loads, and background checks. Work hours are 8:00am to 4:30pm across the Twin Cities area.

Formación

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks outdoors in various weather.
• Experience in landscaping, maintenance, or related roles preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Apply pesticides to remove harmful insects such as mosquitos, wasps, and ticks.
• Conduct general maintenance duties such as cleaning walkways, fixing fountains, and other duties.
• Apply fertilizer to help enhance growth.
• Take out weeds and dead plants.
• Trim overgrown limbs, hedges, and leaves.
• Uphold the landscaping design and ensure plant growth.
• Plant new decorative bushes, flowers, plants, and shrubs.
• Supervise maintenance repairs to equipment, landscape structures, outdoor furniture, and walkways.
• Advise clients on how to look after the landscape.
• Coordinate with garden designers and landscape architects to ensure the garden meets the client's expectations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Travel to job sites as required.

Position Summary:

As a Project Technician at PK Property Services, you'll perform technical and field-related tasks to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and according to company standards. This role works closely with project managers, supervisors, and field teams to coordinate activities and assist with installations, repairs, or inspections as required.

• Winter Season Pay: Rate increases to $35/hour for Snow Plow work

What You'll Need:

• Ability to pass a standard background check including E-Verify
• Ability to operate minor equipment
• Must be a self-starter and able to produce work with minimum supervision
• Previous experience in a technician, construction, maintenance, or project support role is a plus
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening (if required)
• Valid driver's license (required)
