PK Property Services LLC is seeking a part-time Custodian in Brooklyn Park, MN for the 2nd shift. You will perform general cleaning, window washing, floor care, and restroom sanitation to support client facilities. The role requires a reliable, self-motivated individual capable of lifting 50+ pounds and passing background checks.

• Ability to pass a standard background check including E-Verify.
• Ability to operate minor equipment.
• Must be a self-starter and able to produce work with minimum supervision.
• Previous construction or general labor experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Valid driver’s license (Required).
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening (Required).
