Job summary

PK Property Services is hiring a part-time Custodian for the 2nd shift in Saint Paul, MN. The position runs 5:00pm–9:00pm, offering a starting pay of $18.00 per hour and benefits including medical, dental and vision insurance, and a 401(k) match after three months.

You will perform general cleaning, window washing, floor care, waste disposal, and daily task reporting while coordinating with on-site staff. Candidates should pass background checks and be able to lift 50+ pounds.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass a standard background check including E-Verify.
• Ability to operate minor equipment.
• Must be a self-starter and able to produce work with minimum supervision.
• Previous construction or general labor experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning of specified areas to each facility’s needs.

• Floor care includes vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping.
