Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Landscaper to join our team! You will maintain grounds by performing a variety of tasks, including pond maintenance, aquatic plant maintenance care, water conditioning, scrubbing, skimming, fish husbandry, and irrigation maintenance with the goal of creating beautiful and well-groomed outdoor water features for our customers.

You are hard-working, a team player, and dedicated to performing quality work in all that you do. Past experience as a landscaper is preferred and a positive attitude is a must!

Responsibilities:

1. Use hand tools, such as shovels, skimmers, pruning clippers, blades, wrenches, pliers, and channel locks; some small power tools.
2. Operate vehicles or powered equipment, such as tractors, vehicles, skid steers, and pruning tools; water chemistry testing kit is a plus.
3. Perform water changes, maintain water quality, manage fish livestock and plants, work on irrigation lines and autofill systems, hoses, and power washers, and use pond vacuums.
4. Gather and remove plant trimmings, algae, and debris.
5. Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner; suggestive selling.

Qualifications:

1. Past experience as a landscaper/groundskeeper/water features preferred.
2. Experience with the use of hand-held and power tools.
3. Must be able to work in and around water, comfortably lift 40+ pounds repetitively, and work on your feet for long periods of time.
4. Willing to work in all weather elements.
