Principal Landscape Architect | Fully-remote | Permanent | Up To £47,000

Are you an experienced Landscape architect?

Background in Rural, Minerals, Renewables or Quarry projects?

PT Renewables is partnered with a growing Landscape consultancy focusing on large-scale rural projects.

You'll be joining a culture of autonomy, where you'll your work will have a direct impact on the business.

If you want to be senior leader in a close-knit team of specialists, where you and your work is valued, this role could be for you.

The role

You'll be working on large-scale rural landscape projects that focus on biodiversity, habitat creation, and climate resilience.

Your focus will predominantly be on with Mineral and Quarrying clients, conducting LVIAs and other visual impact surveys.

Your Role:

  • Conducting site appraisals, surveys, and research for project development.
  • Designing masterplans, concept designs, and detailed plans.
  • Conducting landscape and visual impact assessments.
  • Preparing various reports, including design statements.
  • Providing landscape advice to local planning authorities.
  • Cultivating client relationships and exploring new opportunities.

About you

  • Experience working as a Landscape Architect and delivering on Rural projects - this could be across Quarrying, Renewable Energy, Minerals etc
  • Experience completing LVIAs
  • Good knowledge of the UK's physical landscape and planning system
