Job summary

## LandscaperApplytime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: R0017427Under the direction of the Supervisor, Landscape – Public Works, the Landscaper, Tribal Government Operations (TGO) will be responsible for general facility and grounds maintenance on the Tribal Reservation as well as other San Manuel properties. While working as a part of a closely-knit team, the primary duty of the Landscaper, TGO will be to perform a variety of semiskilled and skilled work in the maintenance of the enterprise grounds and to do related work as assigned to maintain the efficient operation and upkeep of San Manuel properties.**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**1. Performs weed abatement, controls fertilization of trees, lawns, flowers, shrubs and hedges. 2. Performs landscaping maintenance regularly. 3. Cleans and removes debris and waste from the Tribal Reservation & other YSMN Properties 4. Cleans and maintains roads and parking lots. 5. Operates tractors & other riding equipment. Inspects and ensures that all equipment is in safe operating condition. 6. Performs erosion control mitigation including jute netting. Wattles and sandbags. 7. Cleans out water drains as needed. 8. Detects, identifies and recommends treatment of plant problems. 9.
