Job summary

Kapco, Inc. is seeking a Landscape Technician to maintain and improve the appearance of our properties. You will operate hand and power equipment and perform snow removal as needed, reporting to the Building & Grounds Supervisor.

The role requires at least 1 year of landscape experience, a valid Wisconsin driver’s license, and the ability to obtain a Wisconsin Pesticide Applicator License within 6 months of hire. Medium-duty physical work is expected throughout the year.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of landscape experience.
• Ability to operate power equipment safely.
• Valid Wisconsin Driver's License with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to obtain a 3.0 Wisconsin Pesticide Applicator License within 6 months of hire.

• Apply fertilizers and pesticides to lawns and landscaped areas.

Physical Demands: This is a medium-duty role that requires physical activity, including lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally, frequent bending, twisting, climbing, and reaching.
