Role Overview

You’ll be responsible for the ongoing grounds maintenance of client properties across the Milwaukee area. This is a hands‑on, outdoor role requiring reliable attendance, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Mow, edge, and trim lawns and turf areas on a scheduled route
• Maintain landscape beds: weeding, mulching, and seasonal cleanup
• Prune shrubs, ornamental trees, and ground cover as needed
• Operate and maintain equipment including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools
• Perform seasonal services: spring/fall cleanups, snow removal support
• Identify and report property issues, irrigation problems, or pest/disease concerns to your supervisor
• Keep equipment clean, fueled, and in working order; report maintenance needs promptly
• Represent Property Prep professionally on‑site at all times

Qualifications

• Prior landscaping or groundskeeping experience preferred; motivated entry‑level candidates will be considered
• Ability to operate commercial lawn equipment safely and efficiently
• Physical ability to perform outdoor labor in all weather conditions, including lifting up to 50 lbs
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required if operating company vehicles)
• Reliable transportation to report to a designated staging location
• Ability to work independently and manage time across a multi‑stop route
• Basic communication skills for reporting to supervisors and interacting with clients
