Job summary

Kapco, Inc. is seeking a Building & Grounds Assistant to perform landscape maintenance and assist with snow removal at our Wisconsin facilities. You will operate basic equipment, assist with maintenance tasks, and help keep buildings and grounds clean and safe.

Responsibilities include landscape work, herbicide/pesticide application when needed, spring/fall cleanups, and coordinating with local facilities as required. A positive, safety‑conscious attitude is essential.

Qualifications

Under direction: operate landscape and snow removal machinery to supervisor's expectation. Complete tasks on schedule while observing safety standards at all times. Perform simple maintenance on equipment or machinery while being proactive with unscheduled repair situations that require immediate attention.
