Job summary

Bee Green Recycling & Supply in Oakland, CA is seeking an Outdoor Customer Service Representative to assist customers and vendors in the Landscape Supply Yard. You will load materials, educate customers on products, operate equipment, and manage inventory in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment. Prior forklift/loader use and customer service experience are preferred; bilingual abilities are a plus. This is a safety-sensitive role with drug screening.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Valid Class C Driver’s License to operate equipment.
• Able to work in various weather conditions with exposure to heat, cold, wind, and rain.
• Able to speak professional working English.
• Able to perform physical requirements including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and up to 75 lbs occasionally.
• Able to be trained on operating equipment including forklifts, small loaders, and heavy loaders.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in our Landscape Supply Yard by helping find products and guiding selections.
• Safely loading customer vehicles and delivery trucks with materials.
• Bagging and loading landscaping materials (rock, sand, mulch) weighing 50–75 lbs.
• Perform quick equipment checks before rentals and explain safe usage to customers.
• Share knowledge about our products and services, from bulk materials to hardscape and turf.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and monitor stock levels.
