ERG is seeking an experienced Landscape Supervisor / Crew Leader to guide daily grounds maintenance operations at a secure government facility in Langley, Virginia. You will work alongside the crew while assigning tasks, monitoring quality and productivity, reinforcing safe work practices, and ensuring the site remains clean, attractive, and professionally maintained. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with strong landscaping knowledge, dependable judgment, and the ability to keep a crew organized and moving efficiently.
The regular schedule is Monday through Friday, approximately 5:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., with extended hours required during snow and severe-weather events.
