Based in Burtonsville, Maryland, and serving commercial and government properties across Northern Virginia and the surrounding region, ERG is known for experienced teams, quality service, and year-round reliability.
ERG is hiring a dependable Landscape Laborer to support year-round grounds maintenance at a secure government facility in Langley, Virginia. Working under the direction of a supervisor or crew leader, you will help maintain lawns, planting areas, walkways, and other outdoor spaces to a high professional standard. This is a hands-on position for someone who takes pride in physical work, follows instructions, and works well as part of a crew. Professional landscaping experience is preferred, but dependable candidates with relevant outdoor labor experience and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. The regular schedule is Monday through Friday, approximately 5:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., with extended hours required during snow and severe-weather events.
