Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily and weekly schedules for commercial landscape installation crews.
• Dispatch crews to job sites, ensuring proper labor allocation and coverage.
• Collaborate with multiple Project Managers to align scheduling with timelines and priorities.
• Communicate scheduling updates and priorities to field teams and internal staff.
• Follow up with customers, project managers, and field personnel to ensure progress and satisfaction.
• Provide administrative support for ongoing projects, including documentation and tracking.
• Monitor scheduling conflicts and resolve issues to maintain production flow.
• Maintain accurate records within company systems.
