Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily and weekly schedules for commercial landscape installation crews
• Dispatch crews to job sites, ensuring proper labor allocation and job coverage
• Collaborate with multiple Project Managers to align scheduling with timelines
• Communicate scheduling updates, changes, and priorities to field teams and staff
• Follow up with customers, project managers, and field personnel to ensure progress
• Assist with administrative support for ongoing projects, including documentation and tracking
• Monitor scheduling conflicts and resolve issues to maintain production flow
• Maintain accurate records within company systems
