The Masters Lawn & Pest in Gainesville is seeking a results‑driven Sales Consultant to cultivate new business, nurture client relationships, and close deals across the Gainesville area.

In this role you will work with company-generated leads and proactive outreach, aiming to exceed sales targets with a base salary of $52,000 plus commissions and on‑target earnings exceeding $100K. A company vehicle, health and life insurance, and PTO support your growth.

Formación

• 2–5 years of experience in account management or sales, ideally in landscaping, pest control, or irrigation.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and CRM/operations software.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for the past 5 years; Associate’s degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Engage prospective clients through consultative dialogue to understand needs and project goals.
• Develop customized, solution-based proposals tailored to each client’s requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless project handoffs and superior service delivery.
• Maintain consistent communication and attentive follow-up throughout the sales process to deliver an exceptional client experience.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed in Aspire.
