Job summary

Ryan Lawn & Tree is seeking a driven Sales Consultant to join our Omaha-based team. This role focuses on helping clients improve and maintain outdoor environments through landscape projects and recurring services, with a base salary starting at $60,000 and potential bonuses.

You will act as a trusted advisor, identifying client needs and recommending tailored solutions from our complete service portfolio, while building long-term relationships to drive revenue and exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales consulting or customer-facing sales
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Understanding of sales principles, lead management and customer-service best practices
• Ability to assess client needs and recommend services across departments
• Motivated, goal-oriented with earnings growth
• Proficiency with CRM software and driving
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify new clients through face-to-face interactions, networking, referrals and other business-development activities
• Respond to leads and conduct property and needs assessments for clients
• Identify opportunities for landscape projects and recurring lawn, pest, pruning, or PHC services
• Present and explain recommended services and benefits based on client priorities
• Prepare and follow up on professional proposals
• Cross-sell services across the full portfolio
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals
